Warrant Appointing Conciliation Commissioner Under the Industrial Conciliation and Arbitration Act 1954
COBHAM, Governor-General
PURSUANT to section 11 of the Industrial Conciliation and Arbitration Act 1954, I, Charles John, Viscount Cobham, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby appoint Clifford Lorrie Hunter to be a Conciliation Commissioner under and for the purposes of the said Act; appointment to date from the 1st day of March 1962.
As witness the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General this 25th day of February 1962.

Defining the Limits of the Motueka Harbour Pilotage District
COBHAM, Governor-General
PURSUANT to section 211 of the Harbours Act 1950, I, Charles John, Viscount Cobham, Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby define the limits of the Motueka Harbour Pilotage District, within which pilots may act for the purposes of the said Act, to be all the waters comprised within the Harbour of Motueka having as their outward seaward limit the arc of a circle running from the landward boundary of the foreshore of the mainland northward of Coldfinger Island and thence into Tasman Bay and thence to the landward boundary of the foreshore of the mainland southward of Coldfinger Island, such arc being the arc of a circle of two nautical miles radius having as its centre the signal station flagstaff on Motueka Wharf, sited approximately at 41° 08′ 25″ S., 173° 01′ 22″ E.
As witness the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General this 25th day of February 1962.
