ALL that piece of land containing 0·4 of a perch situated in Block XVI, Waitemata Survey District, Auckland R.D., being part Allotment 48, Section 28, City of Auckland; as the same is more particularly delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 140650 (S.O. 37921) deposited in the office of the Minister of Works at Wellington, and thereon coloured yellow.

Land Taken for Waterworks in Block III, Waihi North Survey District, Ohinemuri CountyCOBHAM, Governor-GeneralA PROCLAMATIONPURSUANT to the Public Works Act 1928, I, Charles John, Viscount Cobham, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby proclaim and declare that the land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby taken for waterworks and shall vest in the Chairman, Councillors, and Inhabitants of the County of Ohinemuri as from the date hereinafter mentioned; and I also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the 12th day of March 1962.
