BOROUGH OF NEW LYNN
TOWN AND COUNTRY PLANNING ACT 1953
Public Notification of New Lynn District Scheme
PUBLIC notification is hereby given that, pursuant to a resolution of the New Lynn Borough Council made on the 9th day of August 1961, a district scheme has been recommended for approval under the Town and Country Planning Act 1953. The scheme relates to the Borough of New Lynn.
The scheme has been deposited at the offices of the Council, Memorial Avenue, New Lynn; in the New Lynn War Memorial Library, Memorial Avenue, New Lynn; and also at the offices of the Auckland Regional Planning Authority, 26 Princes Street, Auckland C.1, in accordance with section 22 (1) of the said Act, and is there open for inspection, without fee, to all persons interested therein at any time when the above places are open to the public.
Objections to the scheme or any part thereof shall be in writing in form E prescribed in the First Schedule to the Town and Country Planning Regulations 1960, and shall be lodged at the office of the Council at any time not later than 4 p.m. on Friday, the 27th day of April 1962.
At a later date every objection will be open for public inspection, and any person who wishes to support or oppose any objection will be entitled to be heard at the hearing of objections if he notifies the Town Clerk in writing within the period of which public notice will be given.

BOROUGH OF ONEHUNGA
PUBLIC NOTICE
PUBLIC notice is given that the Town and Country Planning Appeal Board having, pursuant to the provisions of section 35 of the Town and Country Planning Act 1953, delegated to the Onehunga Borough Council authority to exercise the powers of the Board in respect of an application under the said section 35 by John Dugald Jamieson, of Auckland, electrical contractor, as owner of all that piece of land situate in Campbell Road, Onehunga, and described as containing 1 rood 32·9 perches, being Lot 2, Deposited Plan 48371, part of Allotment 4, Section 34, Village of Onehunga, and being all the land comprised in certificate of title, Volume 1878, folio 77, Auckland Registry, the said Onehunga Borough Council on the 30th day of January 1962 did consent to a specific departure from the provisions of the Onehunga Borough Council’s Operative District Town Planning Scheme by permitting the said John Dugald Jamieson to erect on the said land a multi-dwelling of six units, notwithstanding that provision is made on the map of the said district scheme for a proposed street over part of the said land.

The price of each Gazette varies and is printed thereon.
The New Zealand Gazette is published on Thursday evening of each week, and notices for insertion must be received by the Government Printer before 12 o'clock of the day preceding publication.
Advertisements are charged at the rate of 9d. per line for the first insertion and 6d. per line for the second and any subsequent insertions.
The number of insertions required must be written across the face of the advertisement.
All advertisements should be written on one side of the paper, and signatures, etc., should be written in a legible hand.
STATUTORY REGULATIONS
Under the Regulations Act 1936, statutory regulations of general legislative force are no longer published in the New Zealand Gazette, but are supplied under any one or more of the following arrangements:
(1) All regulations serially as issued (punched for filing) subscription £2 per calendar year in advance.
(2) Annual volume (including index) bound in buckram, 35s. per volume. (Volumes for years 1936-37 and 1939-42 are out of print.)
(3) Separate regulations as issued.
