80, page 1930, reservation of land and vesting in the Waitomo County Council, for “site for refuse disposal purposes” read “site for refuse disposal purposes”, which last-mentioned appears in the original document.

Public Reserves Taken for Housing Purposes in Block X, Christchurch Survey District

A PROCLAMATION
Pursuant to the Public Works Act 1928, I, Charles John, Viscount Cobham, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby proclaim and declare that the public reserves described in the First and Second Schedules hereto are hereby taken for housing purposes and shall vest in the Chairman, Council-lors, and Inhabitants of the County of Waimairi as from the date hereinafter mentioned; and I also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the 26th day of February 1962.
FIRST SCHEDULE
CANTERBURY LAND DISTRICT
ALL that piece of land containing 26·1 perches situated in Block X, Christchurch Survey District, Canterbury R.D., and being Lot 3, D.P. 19991, and being part Rural Section 12; as the same is more particularly delineated on the plan marked M.O.W. 4236 (S.O. 9821) deposited in the office of the Minister of Works at Wellington, and thereon coloured pink.
SECOND SCHEDULE
CANTERBURY LAND DISTRICT
ALL those pieces of land situated in Block X, Christchurch Survey District, Canterbury R.D., described as follows:

Pursuant to the Public Works Act 1928, I, Charles John, Viscount Cobham, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby proclaim and declare that the land described in the First, Second, and Third Schedules hereto, now held for defence purposes, is hereby set apart for an aerodrome; and I also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the 26th day of February 1962.
