NOTICE is hereby given that by a resolution dated 8 December 1961, pursuant to section 362 (8) of the said Act, it was resolved as follows:

“That the company cannot by reason of its liabilities continue in business, and that the company be wound up voluntarily.”

At the meeting of creditors of the company held on the 7th day of February 1962 it was resolved that Richard Dwyer, of Wellington, company manager, be liquidator of the company.

Notice Calling Final Meeting

In the matter of the Companies Act 1955 and in the matter of Keith Ross Ltd. (in liquidation).

NOTICE is hereby given, in pursuance of section 281 of the Companies Act 1955, that a general meeting of the creditors and contributories of the above-named company will be held at the office of Morel and Smith, Heu Heu Street, Taupo, at 2 p.m. on Monday, 5 March 1962, for the purpose of having an account laid before it showing how the winding-up has been conducted and the property of the company has been disposed of, and to receive any explanation thereof by the liquidator.

Further Business—To consider and, if thought fit, to pass the following resolution as an extraordinary resolution:

“That the books and papers of the company and of the liquidator shall be deposited at the office of Morel and Smith, Heu Heu Street, Taupo, and after a period of five (5) years from the date of this meeting shall be destroyed.”

Every member and creditor entitled to attend and vote at the meeting is entitled to appoint a proxy or one or more proxies to attend and vote instead of him.
