A PROCLAMATION
Pursuant to the Public Works Act 1928, I, Charles John, Viscount Cobham, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby proclaim and declare that the interest in the land described in the Schedule hereto, held from Her Majesty the Queen by the Whangarei District Council of the New Zealand Federation of Labour in terms of section 27 (3) of the Reserves and Domains Act 1953 for a term of 10 years commencing on 1 December 1959, is hereby taken for better utilisation; and I also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the 19th day of February 1962.
