Crown Land Set Apart for State Housing Purposes in the Borough of Manurewa
COBHAM, Governor-General
A PROCLAMATION
PURSUANT to the Public Works Act 1928, I, Charles John, Viscount Cobham, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby proclaim and declare that the Crown land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby set apart for State housing purposes; and I also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the 19th day of February 1962.
SCHEDULE
NORTH AUCKLAND LAND DISTRICT
ALL that piece of Crown land containing 39·1 perches situated in Block XIV, Otahuhu Survey District, Borough of Manurewa Auckland R.D., and being Lot 6, D.P. 46664. Formerly part certificate of title, Volume 1858, folio 49, Auckland Land Registry.
Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General, and issued under the Seal of New Zealand, this 10th day of February 1962.

A PROCLAMATION
PURSUANT to the Public Works Act 1928, I, Charles John, Viscount Cobham, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby proclaim and declare that the Crown land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby set apart for a public school; and I also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the 19th day of February 1962.
SCHEDULE
SOUTH AUCKLAND LAND DISTRICT
ALL those pieces of Crown land situated in Block V, Maungakawa Survey District, Auckland R.D., described as follows:
A. R. P.
0 0 17·2 Closed Road, being formerly part land on D.P. 13345, being part Kuranui Block; coloured blue, edged blue, on plan.
0 1 25·45 Closed road adjoining or passing through land on D.P. 7238 and land on D.P. 13345, being parts Kuranui Block; coloured green, edged green, on plan.
As the same are more particularly delineated on the plan marked M.O.W. 2357 (S.O. 40434) deposited in the office of the Minister of Works at Wellington, and thereon coloured as above mentioned.

PURSUANT to the Public Works Act 1928, I, Charles John, Viscount Cobham, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby proclaim and declare that the land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby taken for the purposes of public offices, and shall vest in the Mayor, Councillors, and Citizens of the City of Napier from the date hereinafter mentioned; and I also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the 19th day of February 1962.

ALL that piece of land containing 23·9 perches situated in the City of Napier, Hawke’s Bay R.D., and being Lot 2, D.P. 8590, part Town Sections 281 and 283, Napier.
