CENTRAL AREA DISTRICT PLANNING SCHEME

NOTICE is hereby given, pursuant to regulation 32 (8) of the Town and Country Planning Regulations 1960, that, by decision dated the 13th day of December 1961, the Town and Country Planning Appeal Board unconditionally consented to the application of the New Plymouth City Council for a departure under section 35 of the Town and Country Planning Act 1953, from the above district scheme.

The substance and effect of the consent is to change the designation of land on the south-eastern corner of the intersection of Kawau and Molesworth Streets now designated on the district planning map for the said scheme as “Gasworks” to the designation “Car Park”.

The full description of the said land is shown in the said application which, together with the plan mentioned therein, may be inspected without fee at any time during office hours at the Town Clerk’s office, Liardet Street, New Plymouth.

NELSON CITY COUNCIL

DEPARTURE FROM OPERATIVE DISTRICT SCHEME

PUBLIC notice is hereby given pursuant to the provisions of the Town and Country Planning Act 1953 and its amendments and of the regulations made thereunder, that the Town and Country Planning Appeal Board, by order dated the 13th day of December 1961, gave consent to a specific departure from the operative district scheme of the City of Nelson to the extent indicated hereunder:

By permitting Messrs Waimea Welding Co. Ltd. to use the land at the corner of the Main Road, Tahunanui, and Green Street, containing 31·7 perches and being Lot 10 on the deposited plan No. 31712 and being part of section 11 of the District of Suburban South, and being all the land in certificate of title, Volume 99, folio 51, Nelson Registry, for any industrial C use notwithstanding that it is zoned as residential B under the said operative district scheme.

MOUNT WELLINGTON BOROUGH COUNCIL

TOWN AND COUNTRY PLANNING ACT 1953

Consent to Departure from Mount Wellington Town Plan

It is hereby notified that, on the 13th day of December 1961, the Town and Country Planning Appeal Board consented to a specific departure from the provisions of the Mount Wellington Borough Council’s district scheme, pursuant to an application under section 35 of the Town and Country Planning Act 1953, by changing the zoning of the property described in the Schedule hereto at present zoned as “Industrial B” by rezoning it in part “Commercial B” and in part as “Reserve for National Civic and Community Purposes” as shown on the plan attached to the original decision of the Board and marked with the letter “A”.

SCHEDULE

ALL those pieces of land containing first, one acre and three perches (1 a. and 3 p.) being Allotment 2 of Section 1 of the Village of Panmure and all the land in certificate of title, Volume 162, folio 188 (Auckland Registry), and secondly, one acre three roods thirty-eight decimal nine perches (1a. 3r. 38·9p.) being Lots 3 and 4 on Deposited Plan No. 22410, comprising Allotments 3 and 4 of Section 1 of the Village of Panmure, and being all the land in certificate of title, Volume 608, folio 101 (Auckland Registry), situated on Pilkington Road, Panmure.

PATANGATA COUNTY COUNCIL

TOWN AND COUNTRY PLANNING ACT 1953

Patangata County District Scheme Approved

PURSUANT to the Town and County Planning Regulations 1960, public notification is hereby given that the district scheme, under the Town and Country Planning Act 1953, for the Patangata County as approved by the Council, by resolution passed at its meeting on the 13th day of December 1961, after all objections relating to the scheme had been disposed of and the scheme had been amended to give effect to all objections allowed.

Price 1s.

The Council has also resolved that the scheme shall come into operation of the 1st day of January 1962.

Copies of the scheme, as approved, have been deposited in the Council’s office and may be inspected, without fee, by any person who so requires at any time when the office is open to the public.
