Change of the Purpose of a Reserve

Reservation of Land and Vesting in the Hamilton City
Council

Cancellation of the Vesting in the Geraldine County Council
and Change of the Purpose of Reserves

of Lands hereby cancels the vesting in the Chairman, Coun-
cillors, and Inhabitants of the County of Geraldine and
changes the purpose of the reserves described in the Schedule
hereto from reserves for gravel pit to reserves for general
education (plantation) purposes.

that 10 per cent additional will be added to all rates for the
year ending 31 March 1961, unpaid on 15 March 1961.

Taieri High School—Amendment of List for Election of
Governor by School Committees
PURSUANT to clause 3 of the Order in Council providing for
the constitution of the Board of Governors for Taieri High
School, the Minister of Education hereby declares that the
list of schools referred to in paragraph (g) of clause 2 of
the aforesaid order shall be read as if the words “Mosgiel
East Public School” were omitted and the words “Green
Street Public School and Reid Park Public School” were
substituted therefor.
