the eastern side of the aforesaid Section 15, and its production
to the Mangarakara Stream; thence down the Mangarakara
Stream to its junction with the Waitewhena Stream; thence
up the Waitewhena Stream to a point in line with the
eastern boundary of Lot 3, D.P. 4850; thence southerly to
and along the eastern boundary of Lot 3 aforesaid and its
production across Ohura Road to its eastern side; thence
southerly along the eastern side of Ohura Road and easterly
generally along the northern side of Huia Road to and
across the Kopuha Road, the Ohura River, and the Turoto
Road to its eastern side; thence easterly generally along
the southern boundary of Block VII, Ohura Survey District,
to the easternmost corner of part Section 7 of the aforesaid
Block VII; thence north-easterly by a right line to Whare-
hanga Trig. and further by a right line to Tiro Trig.; thence
north-easterly along the south-eastern boundary of part
Section 1, Block VII, Ohura Survey District, to and across
the Waitangata Road and along the south-eastern and eastern
boundaries of part Section 9, Block III, Ohura Survey
District, to its north-eastern corner; thence easterly generally
along the southern boundaries of part Section 4, part Section
6, and Section 7, Block IV, Ohura Survey District, part
Lot 1 on a plan numbered 2716 deposited in the office of
the District Land Registrar at New Plymouth, and parts Lots
2 and 3 on a plan numbered 2717 deposited as aforesaid
to the south-eastern corner of the said Lot 3; thence northerly
along the eastern boundary of part Lot 3 aforesaid and
easterly along the southern boundary of part Section 7,
Block I, Rangi Survey District, to and across the Ararimu
East Road to its eastern side; thence northerly generally
along the eastern side of that road and Opotiki Road to
a point in line with the south-eastern boundary of part
Section 8, Block I, Rangi Survey District; thence north-
easterly to and along that boundary to the western boundary
of Section 26, Block I, Rangi Survey District; thence generally
southerly and easterly along the western and southern bound-
aries of Section 26 aforesaid to the western boundary of
part Section 16, Block II, Rangi Survey District; thence
southerly and easterly along the western and southern bound-
aries of part Section 16 aforesaid and the production of the
last-mentioned boundary across the Ongarue River Road to the
middle of the Ongarue River, being the point of commence-
ment.

PURSUANT to section 175 of the Harbours Act 1950, His
Excellency the Governor-General, acting by and with the
advice and consent of the Executive Council, hereby authorises
the Timaru Harbour Board to reclaim from the sea at
Timaru Harbour the land edged red on plan marked M.D.
11143 and deposited in the office of the Marine Department
at Wellington.

THE RIGHT HON. KEITH HOLYOAKE PRESIDING IN COUNCIL
PURSUANT to the Local Government Commission Act 1953,
His Excellency the Governor-General, acting by and with the
advice and consent of the Executive Council, hereby makes
the following order.
ORDER

The area described in the First Schedule hereto is hereby
included in the Kenepuru Road District. -
The boundaries of the Kenepuru Road District as so
altered shall be as defined in the Second Schedule hereto.
FIRST SCHEDULE
AREA INCLUDED IN KENEPURU ROAD DISTRICT
ALL that area of land in Blocks VI and VII, Linkwater
Survey District, containing an area of 470 acres, more or less,
bounded by a line commencing at a point on the mean high-
water mark on the south shore of Mahau Sound in line with
the north-eastern boundary of Section 2, Block VII, Linkwater
Survey District, and proceeding south-easterly to and along
the north-eastern boundary of the said Section 2 to the
easternmost corner of the said Section 2; thence south-westerly
along the south-eastern boundary of the said Section 2 to its
intersection with a right line between the north-west corner
of part Section 21, Pelorus Sound Registration District, and
the south-east corner of Lot 4, D.P. 1760, in Block VI,
Linkwater Survey District (being the boundary of the Marl-
borough County as defined in Gazette of 1959, page 572);
thence generally northerly along that right line to the north-
west corner of the said part Section 21, Pelorus Sound
Registration District, and along the production of that line
to the mean high-water mark on the south shore of Mahau
Sound; thence generally north-easterly along the said mean
high-water mark to the point of commencement.
SECOND SCHEDULE
KENEPURU ROAD DISTRICT
ALL that area in the Marlborough Land District, Sounds
County, bounded by a line commencing at the north-eastern
corner of Lot 1, D.P. 866, in Block VII, Gore Survey District,
and proceeding southerly along the eastern boundary of the
said Lot 1 to a point in line with the northern boundary of
the eastern part of the said Lot 1; thence easterly to and
along that boundary to the north-eastern corner of that
part of the said Lot 1; thence southerly along the eastern
boundary of the said Lot 1, to and across a public road
and continuing along the said eastern boundary to a point
due west of the northernmost corner of Section 19, Block VI,
Gore Survey District; thence due east to that corner; thence
generally south-easterly along the north-eastern boundaries
of the said Section 19 and Section 20, Block VI, aforesaid,
to the easternmost corner of the said Section 20; thence
south-westerly along the south-eastern boundaries of Sections
20 and 23, Block VI aforesaid, Sections 7A, 7B 2, and 7B 1A,
Kenepuru Maori Block, and part Section 23, Block II, Arapawa
Survey District, to the southernmost corner of the said part
Section 23; thence generally westerly along the southern
boundaries of Sections 7B 1B and 7B 1c, Kenepuru Maori
Block, the south-eastern and southern boundaries of Section
6, Block I, Arapawa Survey District, and the south-eastern
boundary of Section 1, Block I aforesaid, to Trig. Station N;
thence westerly along a right line to the south-western corner
of Section 93, Pelorus Sound Registration District, in Block
IV, Linkwater Survey District; thence westerly along a right
line to the south-western corner of Section 22, Pelorus Sound
Registration District, in the said Block IV; thence south-
westerly along a right line to the south-eastern corner of Section
92, Pelorus Sound Registration District, and along the south-
eastern boundaries of Section 92 and part Section 91, Pelorus
Sound Registration District, to the northern boundary of
Section 11, Block IV aforesaid; thence due south for a
distance of approximately 950 links to a point in line with the
southern boundary of that part of Section 91, Pelorus Sound
Registration District, included in Lot 2, D.P. 2450; thence west-
erly to and along the said southern boundary of part Section
91 to the eastern boundary of Section 20, Pelorus Sound Regis-
tration District; thence southerly along the eastern boundary
and westerly along the southern boundary of the said section 20
to the south-western corner of the said section; thence
westerly along the southern boundary of Section 90, Pelorus
Sound Registration District, to its intersection with the south-
eastern side of a road; thence generally south-westerly along
the south-eastern and southern side of the said road to its
intersection with the boundary between part Section 14,
Kenepuru Registration District, and Section 6B, Block VII,
Linkwater Survey District; thence westerly along a right
line to the southern corner of part Section 19, Pelorus Sound
Registration District, in Block III, Linkwater Survey District;
thence south-westerly along the south-eastern boundaries of
Sections 6A and 6c, Block III aforesaid, Sections 3 and 2,
Block VII, Linkwater Survey District, to the intersection
of the last-mentioned boundary with a right line between
the south-eastern corner of Lot 4, D.P. 1760, Block VI,
Linkwater Survey District, and the north-western corner of
part Section 21, Pelorus Sound Registration District (being
the boundary between the Marlborough and Sounds Counties
as defined in Gazette of 1959, page 571); thence northerly
along that right line and its production to the south shore
of Mahau Sound; thence generally north-easterly along the
sea coast of Mahau Sound to a point in line with the western
boundary of Section 2, Block III, Linkwater Survey District;
thence northerly to and along the said western boundary
to the north-western corner of the said Section 2; thence
westerly along the southern boundaries of Section 3, Block
III aforesaid, and Section 8, Block II, Linkwater Survey
District, to the south-western corner of the said Section 8;
