A PROCLAMATION

PURSUANT to section 29 of the Public Works Amendment Act 1948, I, Charles John, Viscount Cobham, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby proclaim and declare that the road described in the First Schedule hereto is hereby closed and added to the land now held for the development of water power (Otahuhu Substation) described in the Second Schedule hereto.

ALL that piece of road containing 35·4 perches situated in Block VI, Otahuhu Survey District, Auckland R.D., adjoining parts Lots 4 and 5, D.P. 9819, and Lot 1, D.P. 10473, being parts Allotment 2, Parish of Manurewa; as the same is more particularly delineated on the plan marked M.O.W. 4187 (S.O. 42953) deposited in the office of the Minister of Works at Wellington, and thereon coloured green.
