A PROCLAMATION
PURSUANT to section 29 of the Public Works Amendment Act 1948, I, Charles John, Viscount Cobham, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby proclaim as street the land described in the Schedule hereto.

ALL those pieces of land situated in the City of Gisborne, Gisborne R.D., described as follows:

0 0 0·25 Part Lot 45, L.T. 4803, being part Kaiti 337A 2 Block, Block VII, Tauranganui Survey District.
0 0 0·20 Part Lot 46, L.T. 4803, being part Kaiti 337A 2 Block, Block VII, Turanganui Survey District.
0 0 0·20 Part Lot 47, L.T. 4803, being part Kaiti 337A 2 Block, Block VII, Turanganui Survey District.
0 0 0·25 Part Lot 48, L.T. 4803, being part Kaiti 337A 2 Block, Block VII, Turanganui Survey District.
As the same are more particularly delineated on the plan marked M.O.W. 4380 (S.O. 5297) deposited in the office of the Minister of Works at Wellington, and thereon coloured orange.

ALL that piece of land containing 12·1 perches situated in Block VII, Woodville Survey District, Hawke's Bay R.D., and being part Rural Section 53, Woodville; as the same is more particularly delineated on the plan marked M.O.W. 3618 (S.O. 3348) deposited in the office of the Minister of Works at Wellington, and thereon coloured sepia.
