Revocation of Appointment to Control and Manage and
Revocation of the Reservation Over a Reserve

Pursuant to the Reserves and Domains Act 1953, the Minister
of Lands hereby revokes the appointment of the Boy Scouts'
Association (New Zealand Branch) Incorporated and the Girl
Guides' Association (New Zealand Branch) Incorporated to
control and manage and revokes the reservation for a centre
for Boy Scouts and Girl Guides over the land described in
the Schedule hereto.

SCHEDULE
NELSON LAND DISTRICT
ALL the land on D.P. 1033, being part Section 15, Moutere
Hills District, situated in Block XII, Motueka Survey District:
Area, 2 roods, more or less. All certificate of title, Volume
131, folio 70.

Revoking the Appointment of a Harbourmaster and a
Supervising Officer

Pursuant to the Harbours Act 1950, the Minister of Marine
hereby revokes the appointments of 24 February 1953 and
17 March 1960* of
Robert Wilson Wallace
as Harbourmaster at Whangamata for the purpose of allotting
mooring sites only and as supervising officer under the Motor
Launch Regulations 1958 in respect of the waters of Whanga-
mata Harbour.

Limited Speed Zone Declared

Pursuant to the Transport Act 1949, the Minister of Transport
hereby gives notice that the roads specified in the Schedule
hereto are hereby declared to be a limited speed zone for
the purposes of the Traffic Regulations 1956.*

SCHEDULE
SITUATED within Wairoa County at Tuai Village:
The whole of the road known as the main road within Tuai
Village which proceeds generally in an easterly direction from
the No. 38 State Highway (Waiotapu-Wairoa via Waikare-
moana) together with all roads joining the said main road
after its junction with the said State highway.
