Declaring Land Acquired for a Government Work to be Crown Land, Subject to a Fencing Agreement

PURSUANT to section 35 of the Public Works Act 1928, the Minister of Works hereby declares the land described in the Schedule hereto to be Crown land for the purposes of the Land Act 1948 as from the 11th day of December 1961, subject to the fencing agreement contained in memorandum of transfer No. 663084, Auckland Land Registry.
