(b) That the distributors do not revive their respective agreements to adhere to the said practice or enter into any agreement or arrangement of substantially the same nature as to repeat in any form the said practice.

2. That the continuance of the practice of granting discounts to certain categories of buyers on the purchase of lamps manufactured by the New Zealand Electric Lamp Manufacturers Ltd. is hereby permitted, subject to the following conditions:

(a) That section “C” of the General Scheme No. 5 be amended by the deletion of the existing scale of discounts and the substitution therefor of a scale of discounts based upon the following categories of buyers:

(i) Unclassified buyers.
(ii) Resellers, user buyers and public bodies who do not qualify for inclusion in category (iii) hereof.
(iii) Resellers, user buyers and public bodies who purchase lamps to a specified minimum annual value.
(iv) New Zealand Government Departments.
(v) Wholesalers who contract exclusively with a distributor to purchase lamps to a specified minimum annual value.
(b) That the rates of discount to be fixed for the aforesaid categories of buyers shall be the same for all buyers in the same category.
(c) That a new retail price structure to result from giving effect to the aforesaid amendment be submitted to the Price Tribunal for its approval before being put into effect.
