Cancellation of the Vesting in the Waipiro Bay Public Library (Incorporated) of a Reserve
PURSUANT to the Reserves and Domains Act 1953, the Minister of Lands hereby cancels the vesting in the Waipiro Bay Public Library (Incorporated) of the reserve as a site for a public library described in the Schedule hereto.

SECTIONS 5 and 6, Block II, Waipiro Maori Township, situated in Block XII, Mata Survey District: Area, 1 rood 12 perches, more or less. (Part certificate of title, Volume 93, folio 290.)

Licensing Alexander Benjamin Orr, Graham Robert Glass, and Marie Doreen Glass to Use and Occupy a Part of the Foreshore and Bed of the Sea at Waiomu, Firth of Thames, as a Site for a Boat Ramp
PURSUANT to the Harbours Act 1950, the Minister of Marine hereby licenses and permits Alexander Benjamin Orr, Graham Robert Glass, and Marie Doreen Glass (hereinafter called the licensees, which term shall include their executors, administrators, or assigns, unless the context requires a different construction) to use and occupy a part of the foreshore and bed of the sea at Waiomu, Firth of Thames, as shown on plan marked M.D. 11051 and deposited in the office of the Marine Department at Wellington, for the purpose of erecting and maintaining a boat ramp thereon, as shown on the said plan, such licence to be held and enjoyed by the licensees upon and subject to the terms and conditions set forth in the Schedule hereto.
SCHEDULE

  1. This licence is subject to the Foreshore Licence Regulation 1960, and the provisions of those regulations shall, so far as applicable, apply hereto.
  2. The premium payable by the licensees shall be one pound (£1) and the annual sum so payable one pound (£1).
  3. The term of the licence shall be 14 years from the 1st day of November 1961.
  4. Members of the public shall be permitted to use the structure at all reasonable times.

    Licensing the Kawakawa Bay Boat Club (Inc.) to Use and Occupy a Part of the Foreshore and Bed of Kawakawa Bay as a Site for a Boat Ramp
    PURSUANT to the Harbours Act 1950, the Minister of Marine hereby licenses and permits the Kawakawa Bay Boat Club (Inc.) (hereinafter called the licensee, which term shall include its successors and assigns unless the context requires a different construction) to use and occupy a part of the foreshore and bed of Kawakawa Bay, as shown on plan marked M.D. 11054 and deposited in the office of the Marine Department at Wellington, for the purpose of erecting and maintaining a boat ramp thereon, as shown on the said plan, such licence to be held and enjoyed by the licensee upon and subject to the terms and conditions set forth in the Schedule hereto.
    SCHEDULE

    THE following certificate has been executed on the sealed copy of the Queenstown Borough Bylaw No. VII (1958) and of the Queenstown Borough Bylaw No. VIII (1958), made by the Council of the Borough of Queenstown.

    Scheme of Control of Huntly College
    PURSUANT to section 92 of the Education Act 1914, the Minister of Education hereby revokes the approval of the scheme of control of Huntly College published in the Gazette of 25 October 1956, Volume III, page 1455; and approves of Huntly College being controlled in accordance with the Standard Scheme of Control for Secondary Schools 1961.

    Scheme of Control of Bay of Islands College
    PURSUANT to section 92 of the Education Act 1914, the Minister of Education hereby revokes the approval of the scheme of control of Bay of Islands College published in the Gazette of 8 December 1960, Volume III, page 1929; and approves of Bay of Islands College being controlled in accordance with the Standard Scheme of Control for Secondary Schools 1961:
    Provided that clause 18 of the said standard scheme shall be read as if the following proviso were added thereto:
    "Provided that every member in office at the commencement of this scheme shall hold office until the 31st day of May in the year 1963, whether or not that year is the third year after the year of his appointment or election."
