Declaring Land to be Crown Land

A PROCLAMATION
PURSUANT to section 265 of the Maori Affairs Act 1953, I, Charles John, Viscount Cobham, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby declare the land described in the Schedule hereto to be Crown land and to be subject to the Land Act 1948.
SCHEDULE
SOUTH AUCKLAND LAND DISTRICT
ALL that piece of land containing 17 acres 1 rood 25·5 perches, more or less, being the land known as Ngapeke 1F 2A in Blocks XI and XV, Tauranga Survey District.
Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General, and issued under the Seal of New Zealand, this 9th day of November 1961.

Allocating Land Acquired for Railway Purposes at Lyttelton to the Purposes of a Road
COBHAM, Governor-General
A PROCLAMATION
PURSUANT to section 226 of the Public Works Act 1928, I, Charles John, Viscount Cobham, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby proclaim and declare that the land described in the Schedule hereto shall, upon the publication hereof in the Gazette, become a road, and that the said road shall be under the control of the Mount Herbert County Council and shall be maintained by the said Council in like manner as other public highways are controlled and maintained by the said Council.

0 0 2·1 Part Lot 1, D.P. 12521, being part Rural Section 126.
Situated in Block III, Halswell Survey District, Mount Herbert County. (S.O. 9872.)
In the Canterbury Land District; as the same is more particularly delineated on the plan marked L.O. 17620 deposited in the office of the Minister of Railways at Wellington, and thereon coloured blue.

PURSUANT to the Government Railways Act 1949, I, Charles John, Viscount Cobham, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby proclaim and declare that the land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby taken for railway purposes.

A PROCLAMATION
PURSUANT to the Public Works Act 1928, I, Charles John, Viscount Cobham, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby proclaim and declare that the land described in the Schedule hereto, now held for a public school, is hereby set apart for road; and I also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the 20th day of November 1961.

NORTH AUCKLAND LAND DISTRICT
ALL that piece of land containing 13·1 perches situated in Block IV, Titirangi Survey District, Borough of Mount Roskill, Auckland R.D., and being Lot 15, L.T. 49547. Formerly part certificate of title, Volume 1518, folio 2, Auckland Land Registry.
Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General, and issued under the Seal of New Zealand, this 9th day of November 1961.
