All that area of unalienated Crown Land in the Nelson Land District, County of Buller, containing 527 acres 1 rood 21 perches, more or less, bounded by a line commencing at peg L 38 situated in Block X, Ngakawau Survey District, and being 67376·1 links north and 114812·1 links east of Buller Initial and proceeding easterly along a line bearing 84° 36' 18" distance 2840·6 links to peg W.C.C. 7; thence north-easterly along a line bearing 24° 08' 12" distance 6455·2 links to peg XIV; thence easterly along a line bearing 96° 49' distance 2191·0 links to peg XIII; thence generally south-westerly along a line bearing 204° 09' distance 2491·6 links, a line bearing 193° 59' distance 7011·1 links, and a line bearing 211° 44' 27" distance 5058·6 links to peg Z 8; thence westerly along a line bearing 281° 39' 34" distance 3516·2 links to peg II; thence north-easterly along a line bearing 6° 29' 43" distance 6774·9 links; thence easterly along a line bearing 84° 36' 18" distance 411·1 links to the point of commencement, as shown on plan numbered file 10/3/630 deposited in the Head Office of the Mines Department at Wellington, and thereon bordered red.

First Election of Oamaru Licensing Trust
Pursuant to the Licensing Trusts Act 1949, the Minister of Justice hereby appoints Saturday, the 16th day of December 1961, as the day for the first election of members of the Oamaru Licensing Trust; and hereby further appoints Joseph Valentine Tresize, Town Clerk of the Borough of Oamaru, to be the Returning Officer for the Oamaru Licensing Trust District at that election.
