A PROCLAMATION
PURSUANT to section 29 of the Public Works Amendment Act 1948, I, Charles John, Viscount Cobham, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby proclaim as road the land described in the First Schedule hereto, and also proclaim as closed the road described in the Second Schedule hereto, and also proclaim as closed the road described in the Third Schedule hereto and added to land now held for a scenic reserve described in the Fourth Schedule hereto, and also proclaim as closed the road described in the Fifth Schedule hereto and added to land now held for a soil conservation reserve described in the Sixth Schedule hereto, and hereby take the land described in the Seventh Schedule hereto for the purposes of subsection (6) of the said section 29.
