Declaring Land Held for a Government Work and Not Required for That Purpose to be Crown Land

Pursuant to section 35 of the Public Works Act 1928, the Minister of Works hereby declares the land described in the Schedule hereto to be Crown land for the purposes of the Land Act 1948 as from the 6th day of November 1961.

Declaration That Part of the Ngaruawahia Domain Shall be a Recreation Reserve and Revocation of the Reservation Over the Said Reserve

Pursuant to the Reserves and Domains Act 1953, the Minister of Lands hereby declares that that part of the Ngaruawahia Domain described in the Schedule hereto shall cease to be subject to the provisions of Part III of the Reserves and Domains Act 1953, and shall be deemed to be a recreation reserve subject to Part II of the said Act and, further, revokes the reservation for recreation purposes over the said reserve.
