NOTICE is hereby given that by a resolution dated the 10th day of August 1961, pursuant to section 362 (8) of the said Act, it was resolved as follows:

"That the company, by reason of its liabilities and its inability to meet its creditors' accounts, should go into a creditors voluntary winding up, and that accordingly the company be wound up."

At the meeting of creditors of the company held on the 21st day of August 1961 it was resolved that Richard Dwyer, of Wellington, company manager, be liquidator of the company.
