Additional Land at Tamaki Taken for the Purposes of the Kaipara-Waikato Railway (Auckland-Westfield Deviation)

COBHAM, Governor-General

A PROCLAMATION

PURSUANT to the Public Works Act 1928, I, Charles John, Viscount Cobham, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby proclaim and declare that the additional land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby taken for the purposes of the Kaipara-Waikato Railway (Auckland-Westfield Deviation).

APPROXIMATE area of the piece of additional land taken:

Being
4 2 12·4 Part land on D.P. 11895, being part Allotments 2 and 3, Section 3, Small Lots near Panmure.

Situated in Block II, Otahuhu Survey District, Borough of Mount Wellington. (S.O. 42939.)

In the North Auckland Land District; as the same is more particularly delineated on the plan marked L.O. 17360 deposited in the office of the Minister of Railways at Wellington, and thereon coloured orange.

Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General, and issued under the Seal of New Zealand, this 9th day of October 1961.

Allocating Land Taken for Railway Purposes at Whangarei to the Purposes of a Street

COBHAM, Governor-General

A PROCLAMATION

PURSUANT to section 226 of the Public Works Act 1928, I, Charles John, Viscount Cobham, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby proclaim and declare that the land described in the Schedule hereto shall, upon the publication hereof in the Gazette, become a street; and that the said street shall be under the control of the Whangarei Borough Council and shall be maintained by the said Council in like manner as other public highways are controlled and maintained by the said Council.

0 0 14·2 Railway land being part Allotment 1, Parish of Whangarei; coloured yellow.

Both situated in Block XII, Purua Survey District, Borough of Whangarei. (S.O. 42885.)

In the North Auckland Land District; as the same are more particularly delineated on the plan marked L.O. 17563 deposited in the office of the Minister of Railways at Wellington, and thereon coloured as above mentioned.

Crown Land Set Apart for State Housing Purposes in Block XIV, Belmont Survey District, Subject to a Building-line Condition

COBHAM, Governor-General

A PROCLAMATION

PURSUANT to the Public Works Act 1928, I, Charles John, Viscount Cobham, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby proclaim and declare that the Crown land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby set apart for State housing purposes, subject to the building-line condition imposed by notice No. 448470, Wellington Land Registry, and I also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the 16th day of October 1961.

WELLINGTON LAND DISTRICT

ALL that piece of Crown land containing 24·56 perches situated in Block XIV, Belmont Survey District, Wellington R.D., being Lot 22, D.P. 22778, being part Section 21, Lowry Bay District. Part notice No. 501697, Wellington Land Registry.

Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General, and issued under the Seal of New Zealand, this 29th day of September 1961.
