ERRATUM
In the Order in Council published in the Gazette, 28 September 1961, No. 61, page 1483, consenting to raising of loans by certain local authorities, in the first two lines under the heading “Order in Council”, for “at the Government House at Wellington this 30th day of September 1961”, read “at the Government House at Wellington this 30th day of August 1961”.

A PROCLAMATION
PURSUANT to the Public Works Act 1928, I, Charles John, Viscount Cobham, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby proclaim and declare that the Crown land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby set apart for the Downlands Water Supply Scheme (reservoir site); and I also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the 9th day of October 1961.
SCHEDULE
CANTERBURY LAND DISTRICT
ALL that piece of land containing 2 roods 24·3 perches situated in Block X, Pareora Survey District, Canterbury R.D., being part Section 91, Rosewill Settlement; as the same is more particularly delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 112111 (S.O. 7397) deposited in the office of the Minister of Works at Wellington, and thereon edged sepia.
Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General, and issued under the Seal of New Zealand, this 27th day of September 1961.

A PROCLAMATION
PURSUANT to the Public Works Act 1928, I, Charles John, Viscount Cobham, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby proclaim and declare that the portions of a public reserve described in the Schedule hereto are hereby set apart for State housing purposes; and I also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the 9th day of October 1961.

NORTH AUCKLAND LAND DISTRICT
ALL those pieces of public reserve situated in Block IV, Rangitoto Survey District, Borough of Takapuna, Auckland R.D., described as follows:

As the same are more particularly delineated on the plan marked M.O.W. 3788 (S.O. 42591) deposited in the office of the Minister of Works at Wellington, and thereon coloured blue.

A PROCLAMATION
PURSUANT to the Public Works Act 1928, I, Charles John, Viscount Cobham, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby proclaim and declare that the land described in the Schedule hereto, now held for State housing purposes, is hereby set apart, subject as to part Lot 16, D.P. S. 3871, to the right of way created by transfer S. 214818, Auckland Land Registry, for a secondary school; and I also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the 9th day of October 1961.

SOUTH AUCKLAND LAND DISTRICT
ALL those pieces of land containing together 3 acres 1 rood 29·1 perches, being Lots 3, 4, 5, 6, 7, 8, 9, 10, 11, 12, 13, 15, and 16, D.P. S. 3871, and Lot 2, D.P. S. 6043, being part Section 15, Block II, Maketu Survey District. Balance certificate of title, Volume 1405, folio 43, Auckland Land Registry.
