Noxious Weeds, State Forest, Bankruptcy Notices




Pursuant to section 3 of the Noxious Weeds Act 1950, the Director-General of Agriculture, acting under a delegation from the Minister of Agriculture for the purposes of the said section, hereby publishes the following special order made by the Kaikoura County Council on the 15th day of September 1961.

SPECIAL ORDER

THAT, pursuant to the powers vested in the Council by section 3 of the Noxious Weeds Act 1950, the Kaikoura County Council hereby resolves and declares by way of special order that Pennisetum (Pennisetum macrourum) be a noxious weed within the Kaikoura County.

Land in the South Auckland Land District Acquired as Permanent State Forest Land

NOTICE is hereby given that the land described in the Schedule hereto has been acquired under the Forest Act 1949 as permanent State forest land.

HAWKE'S BAY LAND DISTRICT—ROTORUA CONSERVANCY
ALL that area in the Cook County containing 50 acres and 24 perches, more or less, being part Lot 1, D.P. 1760, Takararoa 5231A Block, situated in Block XVI, Nuhaka North Survey District. Part certificate of title, Volume 4, folio 39, Hawke's Bay Registry. As shown on plan No. 57/4 deposited in the Head Office of the New Zealand Forest Service at Wellington, and thereon bordered red.
