Crown Land Set Apart as Permanent State Forest Land

A PROCLAMATION
Pursuant to section 18 of the Forests Act 1949, I, Charles John, Viscount Cobham, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby set apart the Crown land described in the Schedule hereto as permanent State forest land.
SCHEDULE
SOUTHLAND LAND DISTRICT—SOUTH Lid CONSERVANCY SECTION 310, Block VII, and Section 307 (formerly parts of Run 133 and Run 143), Block VIII, Wairio Survey District: Area, 2,666 acres 2 roods, more or less. As shown on plan No. 201/19 deposited in the Head Office of the New Zealand Forest Service at Wellington, and thereon bordered red. (S.O. Plan No. 6738.) Amending Declaration of Land, Westland Acclimatisation District, as Wildlife Refuges COBHAM, Governor-General A PROCLAMATION Pursuant to section 14 of the Wildlife Act 1953, I, Charles John, Viscount Cobham, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby revoke the Proclamation published in the Gazette, 22 August 1957, Volume II, page 1541, proclaiming and declaring certain areas of land to be wildlife refuges in the Westland Acclimatisation District for the purposes of the said Wildlife Act 1953, but only in so far as it relates to the areas described in the Schedules hereto.
FIRST SCHEDULE LAKE Kaniere, situated in the County of Westland, Westland Land District: All that area situated in Blocks VII, XI, XII, XV, and XVI, Kaniere Survey District, being Lake Kaniere together with the islands therein and the area bounded by a line running parallel to and 40 chains distant from the shore of the said lake. As the same is more particularly shown on plan marked I.A. 52/352 deposited in the Head Office, Department of Internal Affairs, Wellington, and thereon edged red.SECOND SCHEDULE THREE-MILE Lagoon, situated in the County of Westland, Westland Land District: All that area situated in Blocks X, XI, XIV, and XV, Okarito Survey District, bounded by a line parallel to and 5 chains distant from the shores of the Three-mile Lagoon, being the Three-mile Lagoon together with the islands therein, Reserve 66, part Reserve 1640, and Crown land. Declaring Land in the South Auckland Land District a Wildlife Refuge COBHAM, Governor-General A PROCLAMATION Pursuant to section 14 of the Wildlife Act 1953, I, Charles John, Viscount Cobham, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby proclaim and declare the area of land described in the Schedule hereto to be a wildlife refuge in the Auckland Acclimatisation District for the purposes of the Wildlife Act 1953.SCHEDULE SOUTH AUCKLAND LAND DISTRICT SECTIONS 1 and 2, Block II, Maungakawa Survey District, and part Ngakuriaruru Block, situated in Block II, Maungakawa Survey District: Total area, 540 acres and 39.2 perches, more or less. All certificates of title, Volume 469, folio 165, and Volume 571, folio 257, limited as to parcels and title. As shown on the plan marked I.A. 52/515 deposited in the Head Office, Department of Internal Affairs at Wellington, and thereon edged red. (S.O. Plans 4537c and 23782.) Declaring Land in the Wellington Land District a Wildlife Refuge COBHAM, Governor-General A PROCLAMATION Pursuant to section 14 of the Wildlife Act 1953, I, Charles John, Viscount Cobham, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby proclaim and declare the area of land described in the Schedule hereto to be a wildlife refuge in the Waimarino Acclimatisation District for the purposes of the Wildlife Act 1953.SCHEDULE WELLINGTON LAND DISTRICT-WAIMARINO COUNTY SECTION 6 and part Sections 4 and 5, Block XIII, Manganui Survey District: Area, 586 acres 3 roods 36.1 perches, more or less. Certificate of title, Volume 460, folio 254. As shown on the plan marked I.A. 52/507 deposited in the Head Office, Department of Internal Affairs at Wellington, and thereon edged red. The Clydevale Rabbit District Order 1961 (Notice No. Ag. 7392) COBHAM, Governor-General ORDER IN COUNCIL At the Government House at Wellington this 20th day of September 1961 Present: HIS EXCELLENCY THE GOVERNOR-GENERAL IN COUNCIL Pursuant to the Rabbits Act 1955, His Excellency the Governor-General, acting by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council, hereby makes the following order. ORDER 1. (1) This order may be cited as the Clydevale Rabbit District Order 1961. (2) This order shall come into force on the day after the date of its notification in the Gazette. 2. The boundaries of the Clydevale Rabbit District, which was constituted by Order in Council on the 30th day of May 1956, * are hereby altered and redefined and, as from the commencement of this order, the boundaries of the said district shall be those specified in the Schedule hereto.SCHEDULE BOUNDARIES OF THE CLYDEVALE RABBIT DISTRICT ALL that area in the Otago Land District, Counties of Bruce, Clutha, and Tuapeka, containing 83,500 acres, more or less, bounded by a line commencing at the north-western corner of Block VII, Rankleburn Survey District, and proceeding easterly along the northern boundary of that block to the middle of the Blackcleugh Burn; thence generally south-easterly down the middle of that burn and its production to the middle of the Clutha River; thence generally south-easterly down the middle of that river to a point in line with the middle of the Crook Burn, Waitahuna West Survey District; thence generally north-easterly to and up the middle of the Crook Burn to the southern side of Tuapeka Mouth - Newton Road; thence generally south-easterly and north-easterly along the south-western and south-eastern sides of that road to the westernmost corner of Section 1A, Greenfield Settlement; thence generally north-easterly along the north-western boundary of that section to the western boundary of Section 3, Block VII, Waitahuna West Survey District; thence due north along that western boundary to the northern boundary of Section 3 aforesaid; thence westerly along the southern boundaries of Sections 14 and 10, Block VII aforesaid, to the south-western corner of that last-mentioned section; thence generally northerly along the western boundaries of the said Section 10 and Section 11, Block VII aforesaid, to the westernmost corner of Section 9, Block VI, Waitahuna West Survey District; thence generally north-easterly along the north-western boundary of that section to peg 86, S.O. 1968; thence north-westerly along a right line to the south-western corner of Section 8, Block VI aforesaid; thence generally north-easterly along the north-western boundaries of that section and Section 19, Block VI aforesaid, to the southernmost corner of Section 1475R, Block VI aforesaid; thence north-westerly along the south-western boundary of that section and the south-western boundary of Section 22 to the westernmost corner of that last-mentioned section; thence generally north-easterly along the north-western boundary of the said Section 22 to a peg bearing 221° 34' distant 406 links from iron tube II, S.O. 12023; thence generally easterly along the southern side of a road through Section 22 aforesaid to the northern boundary of
