COBHAM, Governor-General
A PROCLAMATION
Pursuant to section 29 of the Public Works Amendment Act 1948, I, Charles John, Viscount Cobham, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby proclaim as street the land described in the Schedule hereto.
SCHEDULE
WELLINGTON LAND DISTRICT
ALL that piece of land containing 1 acre and 38·11 perches situated in the City of Lower Hutt, Wellington R.D., being part Lot 2, D.P. 15073, and part Lot 4, D.P. 15329, being part Section 47, Hutt District; as the same is more particularly delineated on the plan marked M.O.W. 3779 (S.O. 25004) deposited in the office of the Minister of Works at Wellington, and thereon coloured sepia.
Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General, and issued under the Seal of New Zealand, this 18th day of September 1961.

Pursuant to section 29 of the Public Works Amendment Act 1948, I, Charles John, Viscount Cobham, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby proclaim as road the land described in the First Schedule hereto; and also hereby proclaim as closed the road described in the Second Schedule hereto; and also hereby allocate the land described in the Third Schedule hereto for the purposes of subsection (6) of the said section 29.
