IN the notice declaring the land known as Section 3, Raupunga Township, situate in Block IX, Waihua Survey District, to be released from the provisions of Part XXIV of the Maori Affairs Act 1953, published in the Gazette, No. 47, page 1062, of 27 July 1961, for “Gisborne Land District”, read “Hawke’s Bay Land District”.

Declaring Land to be Crown Land
COBHAM, Governor-General
A PROCLAMATION
PURSUANT to section 265 of the Maori Affairs Act 1953, I, Charles John, Viscount Cobham, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby declare the land described in the Schedule hereto to be Crown land and to be subject to the Land Act 1948.
SCHEDULE
WELLINGTON LAND DISTRICT
ALL those pieces of land containing 1,460 acres 1 rood 30 perches, more or less, being the lands known as Okahukura 5B and 5C Blocks in Block IV, Tongariro Survey District. Deeds index, Volume 37, folio 26 (M.L. Plan 4797.)
Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General, and issued under the Seal of New Zealand, this 15th day of September 1961.

Varying a Proclamation Declaring Land to be Crown Land

A PROCLAMATION
PURSUANT to section 265 (3) of the Maori Affairs Act 1953, I, Charles John, Viscount Cobham, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby vary a Proclamation made on 9 February 1942 and published in Gazette, 19 February 1942, Vol. I, page 557, by excluding therefrom the land described in the Schedule hereto.

A PROCLAMATION
PURSUANT to the Public Works Act 1928, I, Charles John, Viscount Cobham, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby proclaim and declare that the Crown land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby set apart for a teacher’s residence; and I also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the 25th day of September 1961.

NORTH AUCKLAND LAND DISTRICT
ALL that piece of Crown land containing 32 perches situated in Block XII, Kawakawa Survey District, Auckland R.D., and being Lot 4, D.P. 47725, being part of Allotment 32, Parish of Ruapekapeka.

PURSUANT to the Public Works Act 1928, I, Charles John, Viscount Cobham, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby proclaim and declare that the Crown land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby set apart for a teacher’s residence; and I also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the 25th day of September 1961.

ALL that piece of Crown land containing 2 roods situated in Block XII, Pakiri Survey District, Auckland R.D., and being Section 8, Block XII, Pakiri Survey District. Formerly part certificate of title, Volume 924, folio 63, Auckland Land Registry.
