Schedule hereto, together with the full and free right, liberty,
and license to enter upon the said land with or without tools,
vehicles, and machinery for any of the purposes aforesaid and
to use the said electric cable or cables for the unimpeded
transmission of electrical energy to the extent that the ease-
ment hereinbefore proposed to be taken shall be forever
appurtenant to the land described in the Second Schedule
hereto; and notice is hereby further given that a plan of the
land described in the First Schedule hereto is deposited in
the public office of the Town Clerk to the said Council in
the Municipal Offices Building, Mercer Street, in the said city,
and is there open for inspection, without fee, by all persons
during ordinary office hours and that all persons affected
by the execution of the said public work and the taking
of the said easement should, if they have well grounded
objections to the execution of the said public work or to the
taking of the said easement, set forth the same in writing
and send that writing, within 40 days from the first publication
of this notice, to the Wellington City Council addressed to
the Town Clerk at his said office.

FIRST SCHEDULE
ALL that piece of land situate in the City of Wellington
containing by admeasurement eight and thirty-six one hund-
redths perches (8·36 p.), more or less, being part of Section
52, Town of Wellington, and being the land more particularly
shown on S.O. Plan 24948, and thereon coloured orange.

SECOND SCHEDULE
ALL that`piece of land situate in the City of Wellington con-
taining by admeasurement twenty-one and one tenth perches
(21·1 p.), more or less, being part of Section 52 Town of
Wellington, and being also the whole of the land in certi-
ficate of title, Volume 362, folio 95, Wellington Registry.

MOUNT ROSKILL BOROUGH COUNCIL
TOWN AND COUNTRY PLANNING ACT 1953
Public Notification of Mount Roskill Borough District Scheme
PUBLIC notice is hereby given that, pursuant to a resolution
of the Mount Roskill Borough Council made on the 7th day
of October 1958, a district scheme has been recommended
for approval under the Town and Country Planning Act 1953.
The scheme relates to the Mount Roskill Borough. The scheme
has been deposited in the Mount Roskill Borough Council,
Municipal Chambers, corner of Three Kings and Mount Albert
Roads, in accordance with section 22 (1) of that Act, and
is there open for inspection, without fee, to all persons
interested therein at any time when the above place is open
to the public.
Objections to the scheme or to any part thereof shall be in
writing in form E prescribed in the First Schedule to the
Town and Country Planning Regulations 1960, and shall be
lodged at the office of the Council at any time not later than
the 18th day of December 1961. At a later date every objection
will be open for public inspection, and any person who
wishes to support or oppose any objection will be entitled
to be heard at the hearing of objections if he notifies the
Town Clerk, in writing, within the period of which public
notice will be given.
Public notice is also given that the Council will, by objection
in form E aforesaid, propose certain changes in the said district
scheme and that these proposals are shown in two maps, viz,
Council Objection Plan A and Council Objection Plan B,
which are now open for public inspection. These maps do not
form part of the district scheme.

WARKWORTH TOWN COUNCIL
ALTERATION IN NUMBER OF COUNCILLORS
NOTICE is hereby given, pursuant to section 53 (2) of the
Municipal Corporations Act 1954, that by special order made
on the 17th day of July 1961, and confirmed on the 28th day of
August 1961, the Warkworth Town Council resolved that:
“The total number of Councillors of the Warkworth Town
District be altered from five to seven, the alteration to take
effect on the day immediately preceding the day appointed
under section 4 for the Local Elections and Polls Act 1953 for
the next general election of such councillors.”

State Highway 25—Coromandel-Whitianga Section
Bridge Loading Restrictions
THE National Roads Board propose to raise the above section
of highway to Class II standard, but bridge loading restrictions
are to be maintained on the undermentioned bridges. Class III
loading will still apply of 16 tons gross with maximum
permitted axle load of 5 tons.

NOTICE OF PRIVATE BILL
In the matter of a private Bill intituled “An Act to extend
the powers of the Presbyterian Church Property Trustees,
constituted under the provisions of the Presbyterian Church
Property Act 1885, to lease land.”
NOTICE is hereby given that the Presbyterian Church Property
Trustees, a body corporate constituted under the Presbyterian
Church Property Act 1885 (hereinafter referred to as “the
said Trustees”), intends to apply to the House of Representatives
in Parliament assembled for leave to bring in the above-
mentioned Bill, the short title of which is the Presbyterian
Church Property Amendment Act 1961.
The objects of the Bill are to remove the limitations as to
the term for which any lease of lands described in the afore-
mentioned Act may be granted by the said Trustees thereunder
to the intent that the said Trustees be empowered to lease any
such lands for any term they may approve.
The promoter of the Bill is the said the Presbyterian Church
Property Trustees whose address for service of notices and
communications is at the offices of its duly appointed solicitors,
Messrs Macalister, Mazengarb, Parkin, and Rose, 21 Brandon
Street, Wellington, where a copy of the Bill may be inspected.
Printed copies of the Bill will be deposited in the Private
Bill Office, Parliament Buildings, Wellington, on or before the
4th day of September 1961.

order made on the 17th day of December 1953 in favour of
Charles Frank Thomas, formerly of Havelock North,
company manager, now deceased, and Aileen Maud
Thomas, his wife, as adopting parents of Heather Colleen
Thomas”.
NOTICE is hereby given that Aileen Maud Thomas, of Hamilton, widow, and Heather Colleen Thomas, of Hamilton, clerk,
intend to apply for leave to bring into the House of Representatives at the present session a private Bill intituled as above.
The objects of the said Bill are to effect a legal discharge
of an adoption order made by the Magistrate’s Court, Hastings, on the 17th day of December 1953, whereby the said
Heather Colleen Thomas was adopted by the said Charles
Frank Thomas, now deceased, and Aileen Maud Thomas.
The promoters of the Bill are the said Aileen Maud Thomas
and Heather Colleen Thomas, whose address is care of
Messrs Stace, Hammond, McMullin, Grace, and Bishop, 116
Victoria Street, Hamilton, to which address all communications
and notices may be sent and at which address a copy of the
