A PROCLAMATION
PURSUANT to section 29 of the Public Works Amendment Act
1948, I, Charles John, Viscount Cobham, the Governor-
General of New Zealand, hereby proclaim as road the land
described in the Schedule hereto.
SCHEDULE
NORTH AUCKLAND LAND DISTRICT
ALL that piece of land containing 4 acres 3 roods 6'1 perches
situated in Block VI, Otahuhu Survey District, Auckland R.D.,
and being Lot 13, L.T. 48724. Part certificates of title, Volume
311, folio 7, and Volume 803, folio 72, Auckland Land Registry.
Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-
General, and issued under the Seal of New Zealand,
this 28th day of August 1961.

General of New Zealand, hereby proclaim as road the land
described in the Schedule hereto.

PURSUANT to section 29 of the Public Works Amendment Act
1948, I, Charles John, Viscount Cobham, the Governor-General
of New Zealand, hereby proclaim as road the land described in
the First Schedule hereto; and also hereby proclaim as closed
the road described in the Second Schedule hereto; and I also
hereby take the land described in the Third Schedule hereto
for the purposes of subsection (6) of the said section 29; and I
also hereby resume the land described in the Fourth Schedule
hereto for the purposes of subsection (6) of the said section 29;
and I also hereby allocate the land described in the Fifth
Schedule hereto for the purposes of subsection (6) of the said
section 29.
