EVIDENCE having been furnished of the loss of outstanding
duplicate of certificates of title, Volume 404, folio 80, Volume
410, folio 285, and Volume 482, folio 39, Wellington Registry,
in the name of Josefa Maria Kahn, of Wellington, widow, for
(a) 10·05 perches, more or less, situate in the City of Welling-
ton, being part Section 1074, Town of Wellington, and being
also Lot 5 on Deposited Plan No. 8875; (b) 23·31 perches,
more or less, situate in the City of Wellington, being part
Section 32, Karori District, and being also Lot 40 on Deposited
Plan 6659; and (c) 22·89 perches, more or less, situate in the
Borough of Lower Hutt, being part Section 16, Hutt District,
and being also Lot 8 on Deposited Plan No. 11416 respectively,
and application 505182 having been made to me to issue a
new certificate of title in lieu thereof, I hereby give notice of
my intention to issue such new certificate of title on the
expiration of 14 days from the date of the Gazette containing
this notice.

thereof, notice is hereby given of my intention to issue such
new certificate of title and provisional mortgage upon the
expiration of 14 days from the date of the Gazette containing
this notice.
