NOTICE is hereby given that it is proposed, under the provisions of the Public Works Act 1928, to take the land described in the Schedule hereto for a horticultural research station; and notice is hereby further given that the plan of the land so required to be taken is deposited in the post office at Levin and is there open for inspection; and that all persons affected by the taking of the land should, if they have any well grounded objections to the taking of the land, set forth the same in writing and send the writing within 40 days from the first publication of this notice, to the Minister of Works at Wellington.

Declaration That a Reserve Form Part of the Mount Eden Domain

Definition of the Purpose of a Reserve and Vesting in the Otago Hospital Board

PURSUANT to the Reserves and Domains Act 1953, the Minister of Lands hereby declares that the land described in the Schedule hereto is a public reserve, within the meaning of the said Act, for the purpose of a site for hospital purposes and, further, vests the said reserve in the Otago Hospital Board, in trust, for that purpose.
