A PROCLAMATION
Pursuant to the Public Works Act 1928, I, Charles John,
Viscount Cobham, the Governor-General of New Zealand,
hereby proclaim and declare that the land described in the
Schedule hereto, now held for State housing purposes, is
hereby set apart for an institution established under the
Child Welfare Act 1925; and I also declare that this
Proclamation shall take effect on and after the 4th day of
September 1961.

SCHEDULE
SOUTH AUCKLAND LAND DISTRICT
ALL that piece of land containing 32·3 perches situated in
Block I, Hamilton Survey District, City of Hamilton, being
Lot 12, D.P. S. 5506, being part Allotment 29, Parish of Te
Rapa. Part certificate of title, Volume 1460, folio 16, Auckland
Land Registry.

Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-
General, and issued under the Seal of New Zealand,
this 17th day of August 1961.

Opotiki

COBHAM, Governor-General
A PROCLAMATION
Pursuant to the Public Works Act 1928, I, Charles John,
Viscount Cobham, the Governor-General of New Zealand,
hereby proclaim and declare that the land described in the
Schedule hereto is hereby taken for State housing purposes;
and I also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on
and after the 4th day of September 1961.

SCHEDULE
GISBORNE LAND DISTRICT
ALL that piece of land containing 3 roods 0·6 perches situated
in the Borough of Opotiki, Gisborne R.D., and being Lot 2,
D.P. 4543, being part Allotment 17 of Section 2, Town of
Opotiki. All certificate of title, Volume 114, folio 221.

Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-
General, and issued under the Seal of New Zealand,
this 21st day of August.

Pursuant to the Public Works Act 1928, I, Charles John,
Viscount Cobham, the Governor-General of New Zealand,
hereby proclaim and declare that the land described in the
First Schedule hereto is hereby taken for State housing pur-
poses; and I also hereby proclaim and declare that the land
described in the Second Schedule hereto is hereby taken for
road; and I also declare that this Proclamation shall take
effect on and after the 4th day of September 1961.

CANTERBURY LAND DISTRICT
ALL those pieces of land situated in Block VI, Christchurch
Survey District, Canterbury R.D., described as follows:

ALL that piece of land situated in Block VI, Christchurch Sur-
vey District, Canterbury R.D., described as follows:

0 0 21·4 Part Lot 3, D.P. 5395, being part Rural Section
330; coloured orange on plan.

As the same are more particularly delineated on the plan
marked M.O.W. 3526 (S.O. 9817) deposited in the office of
the Minister of Works at Wellington, and thereon coloured as
above mentioned.

ALL that piece of land containing 2 roods situated in Block VI,
Christchurch Survey District, Canterbury R.D., and being part
Section 3, Kaimahi Settlement. All certificate of title, Volume
713, folio 44, Canterbury Land Registry.

Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-
General, and issued under the Seal of New Zealand,

A PROCLAMATION
Pursuant to the Public Works Act 1928, I, Charles John,
Viscount Cobham, the Governor-General of New Zealand,
hereby proclaim and declare that the land described in the
Schedule hereto is hereby taken, subject to the building-line
restriction imposed by notice S. 11893, Auckland Land
Registry, for Maori housing purposes; and I also declare that
this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the 4th day of
September 1961.

SCHEDULE
SOUTH AUCKLAND LAND DISTRICT
ALL that piece of land containing 1 rood 0·1 of a perch
situated in Block XIII, Wairere Survey District, being Lot 6,
D.P. S. 754, being part Matamata South Block. Part certificate
of title, Volume 874, folio 75, Auckland Land Registry.

Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-
