NOTICE is hereby given that it is proposed, under the provisions of the Public Works Act 1928, to take the land described in the Schedule hereto for road; and notice is hereby further given that the plan of the land so required to be taken is deposited in the post office at Taumarunui and is there open for inspection; and that all persons affected by the taking of the said land should, if they have any well grounded objections to the taking of the land, set forth the same in writing and send the writing, within 40 days from the first publication of this notice, to the Minister of Works at Wellington.

Declaration That Land is a Public Reserve

Pursuant to the Reserves and Domains Act 1953, the Minister of Lands hereby notifies that the following resolution was passed by the Feilding Borough Council on the 13th day of October 1960:

"That, in exercise of the powers conferred on it by section 13 of the Reserves and Domains Act 1953, the Feilding Borough Council hereby resolves that the piece of land held by the Mayor, Councillors, and Citizens of the said borough in fee simple and described in the Schedule hereto shall be and the same is hereby declared to be a public reserve for recreation within the meaning of the said Act."

Reservation of Land and Vesting in the Kawerau Borough Council

Pursuant to the Land Act 1948, the Minister of Lands hereby sets apart the land described in the Schedule hereto as a reserve for a site for a community centre, and further, pursuant to the Reserves and Domains Act 1953, vests the said reserve in the Mayor, Councillors, and Citizens of the Borough of Kawerau, in trust, for that purpose.
