PURSUANT to section 29 of the Public Works Amendment Act 1948, I, Charles John, Viscount Cobham, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby proclaim as street the land described in the Schedule hereto.

ALL that piece of land containing 1 acre 3 roods 0.96 perches situated in the City of Palmerston North, Wellington R.D., being Lot 54, D.P. 20400, and being part Rural Section 558, Township of Palmerston North. Part certificates of title, Volume 199, folio 168; Volume 440, folio 110; Volume 682, folio 66; and Volume 707, folio 12, Wellington Land Registry.
Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General, and issued under the Seal of New Zealand, this 7th day of August 1961.
