A PROCLAMATION
Pursuant to the Public Works Act 1928, I, Charles John, Viscount Cobham, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby proclaim and declare that the land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby taken for road; and I also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the 21st day of August 1961.

A PROCLAMATION
Pursuant to the Public Works Act 1928, I, Charles John, Viscount Cobham, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby proclaim and declare that the land described in the First Schedule hereto is hereby taken for road; and also hereby proclaim and declare that the leasehold estate in the land described in the Second Schedule hereto, held from Her Majesty the Queen by Albert Zealand Townshend, of Raurimu, farmer, under and by virtue of renewable Crown lease, Volume 412, folio 174, Wellington Land Registry, is hereby taken for the purposes of a road; and I also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the 21st day of August 1961.
