A PROCLAMATION

PURSUANT to section 265 of the Maori Affairs Act 1953, I, Charles John, Viscount Cobham, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby declare the land described in the Schedule hereto to be Crown land and to be subject to the Land Act 1948.

NORTH AUCKLAND LAND DISTRICT

ALL that piece of land containing 3 roods 26 perches, more or less, being the block of land known as Oakura D 2 Section 68, situated in Block III, Whangaruru Survey District (M.L. Plan 13859).

PURSUANT to the Public Works Act 1928, I, Charles John, Viscount Cobham, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby proclaim and declare that the Crown Land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby set apart for State housing purposes; and I also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the 23rd day of January 1961.

ALL that piece of Crown land containing 1·1 perches situated in Block IV, Titirangi Survey District, Borough of Mount Roskill, Auckland R.D., and being Allotment 254 of Section 10, Suburbs of Auckland; as the same is more particularly delineated on the plan marked 41331 lodged in the office of the Chief Surveyor at Auckland.
