A PROCLAMATION
Pursuant to the Public Works Act 1928, I, Charles John,
Viscount Cobham, the Governor-General of New Zealand,
hereby proclaim and declare that the additional land described
in the Schedule hereto is hereby taken for a technical school;
and I also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on
and after the 23rd day of January 1961.

CANTERBURY LAND DISTRICT
ALL that piece of land containing 1 rood 20 perches situated
in the Borough of Ashburton, being Town Section 691 and
part of Town Section 690. All certificate of title, Volume 261,

Cobham, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby pro-
claim and declare that the leasehold estate in the land described
in the First Schedule hereto, held by William Percy Howard
Erson, of Auckland, engineer, and Sarah Margaret Augusta
Erson, his wife, under and by virtue of memorandum of lease
No. 20205 (Auckland Land Registry), and the leasehold estate
in the land described in the Second Schedule hereto, held by
Elizabeth Mary Laura Kingston, of Auckland, spinster, under
and by virtue of memorandum of lease No. 20148 (Auckland
