Declaration That a Reserve Form Part of the Taupo Domain

Pursuant to the Reserves and Domains Act 1953, the Minister of Lands hereby declares the reserve for recreation described in the Schedule hereto to be a public domain, subject to the provisions of Part III of the said Act, to form part of the Taupo Domain to be administered as a public domain by the Domain Board.

Declaration That the Mount Herbert Domain Shall be a Recreation Reserve and Revocation of the Reservation Over the Said Reserve

Pursuant to the Reserves and Domains Act 1953, the Minister of Lands hereby declares that the Mount Herbert Domain shall cease to be subject to the provisions of Part III of the Reserves and Domains Act 1953, and shall be deemed to be a recreation reserve subject to Part II of the said Act, and further, revokes the reservation for recreation purposes over the said reserve.

Time and Place of Elections by Fire Insurance Companies to Fill Extraordinary Vacancies on the Fire Boards for the Balclutha, Kaitangata, and Milton Fire Districts

Pursuant to the provisions of the Fire Services Act 1949, the Minister of Internal Affairs hereby appoints 12 noon on Thursday, 17 August 1961, as the time, and the offices of the Otago and Southland Underwriters' Association, corner of Jetty and Crawford Streets, Dunedin, as the place, for the holding of a meeting of representatives of insurance companies carrying on business in New Zealand to elect one member on each of the Fire Boards for the Balclutha, Kaitangata, and Milton Urban Fire Districts.

BARONET'S BADGE.|| 5 (The Badge is worn suspended round the neck by the riband in the same manner as the neck badge of an Order and takes precedence immediately after the Badge of the Order of Merit. It is not worn in miniature and the riband is not worn with Undress Uniform.)
