Land Held for State Housing Purposes Set Apart for Police Purposes (Residence) in Block I, Whakatane Survey District
COBHAM, Governor-General
A PROCLAMATION
PURSUANT to the Public Works Act 1928, I, Charles John, Viscount Cobham, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby proclaim and declare that the land described in the Schedule hereto, now held for State housing purposes, is hereby set apart for police purposes (residence); and I also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the 31st day of July 1961.
SCHEDULE
SOUTH AUCKLAND LAND DISTRICT
ALL that piece of land containing 38·4 perches situated in Block I, Whakatane Survey District being Lot 10, D.P. S. 5786, being part Allotment 8, Parish of Waimana. Part certificate of title, Volume 1053, folio 129, Auckland Land Registry.
Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General, and issued under the Seal of New Zealand, this this 12th day of July 1961.

Additional Land Taken for a Public School in Block I, Maungatautari Survey District

A PROCLAMATION
PURSUANT to the Public Works Act 1928, I, Charles John, Viscount Cobham, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby proclaim and declare that the additional land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby taken for a public school; and I also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the 31st day of July 1961.
SCHEDULE
SOUTH AUCKLAND LAND DISTRICT
ALL that piece of land containing 2 acres and 9·8 perches situated in Block I, Maungatautari Survey District, being part Lot 6, D.P. 3110, being part Allotment 225, Pukekura Parish; as the same is more particularly delineated on the plan marked M.O.W. 3218 (S.O. 40950) deposited in the office of the Minister of Works at Wellington, and thereon coloured yellow.
Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General, and issued under the Seal of New Zealand, this 12th day of July 1961.

Land Taken for a War Memorial Site in Block II, Kawhia South Survey District, Waitomo County
COBHAM, Governor-General
A PROCLAMATION
PURSUANT to the Public Works Act 1928, I, Charles John, Viscount Cobham, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby proclaim and declare that the land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby taken for a war memorial site and shall vest in the Chairman, Councillors, and Inhabitants of the County of Waitomo as from the date hereinafter mentioned; and I also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the 31st day of July 1961.

SOUTH AUCKLAND LAND DISTRICT
ALL that piece of land containing 16·4 perches situated in Block II, Kawhia South Survey District, Auckland R.D., being part land on D.P. 10850, being part William Johnston’s Grant; as the same is more particularly delineated on the plan marked M.O.W. 3208 (S.O. 40554) deposited in the office of the Minister of Works at Wellington, and thereon coloured yellow.

PURSUANT to the Public Works Act 1928, I, Charles John, Viscount Cobham, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby proclaim and declare that the land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby taken for better utilisation; and I also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the 31st day of July 1961.

WELLINGTON LAND DISTRICT
ALL that piece of land containing 6 acres 3 roods 6·62 perches situated in Block III, Paekakariki Survey District, Wellington R.D., being parts Lot 2, D.P. 2184, being part Paekakariki 1E and 2A 1 Blocks. All certificate of title, Volume 835, folio 58, Wellington Land Registry.
Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General, and issued under the Seal of New Zealand, this 9th day of June 1961.
