Closely Populated Localities Declared

PURSUANT to the Transport Act 1949, the Minister of Transport hereby gives notice that the roads specified in the Schedule hereto are hereby declared to be closely populated localities for the purposes of section 36 of the Transport Act 1949.

Ellicott Road (from Hamilton Boundary Road to Avalon Drive).
Higgins Road (from the south-western boundary of Hamilton City to Green Street).

Declaring Land Acquired for a Government Work at Waitaki and Not Required for That Purpose to be Crown Land

PURSUANT to section 35 of the Public Works Act 1928, the Minister of Railways hereby declares the land described in the Schedule hereto to be Crown land subject to the Land Act 1948 as from the 17th day of July 1961.

Declaring Land Acquired for a Government Work to be Crown Land, Subject to Certain Rights

PURSUANT to section 35 of the Public Works Act 1928, the Minister of Works hereby declares the land described in the Schedule hereto to be Crown land for the purposes of the Land Act 1948 as from the 17th day of July 1961, subject to the drainage easement created in and by memorandum of transfer No. 604144, and subject to the building-line restriction contained in K. 61534 and subject to the fencing agreement contained in memorandum of transfer No. 654286, Auckland Land Registry.
