Crown Land Set Apart for a Courthouse and for Police Purposes (Station and Residence) in the Borough of Pukekohe

COBHAM, Governor-General
A PROCLAMATION

PURSUANT to the Public Works Act 1928, I, Charles John, Viscount Cobham, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby proclaim and declare that the Crown land described in the First Schedule hereto is hereby set apart for a courthouse and that the Crown land described in the Second Schedule hereto is hereby set apart for police purposes (station and residence); and I also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the 17th day of July 1961.

FIRST SCHEDULE
NORTH AUCKLAND LAND DISTRICT

ALL those pieces of land situated in Block XV, Drury Survey District, Borough of Pukekohe, Auckland R.D., described as follows:

A. R. P. Being
0 0 30·5 Part Allotment 28, Suburban Section 2, Parish of Pukekohe; coloured yellow, edged yellow, on plan.
0 0 24·3 Part Allotment 28, Suburban Section 2, Parish of Pukekohe; coloured blue, edged blue, on plan.

SECOND SCHEDULE
NORTH AUCKLAND LAND DISTRICT

ALL those pieces of land situated in Block XV, Drury Survey District, Auckland R.D., described as follows:

A. R. P. Being
0 1 29·2 Part Allotment 28, Suburban Section 2, Parish of Pukekohe; coloured yellow on plan.
0 1 15·9 Part Allotment 28, Suburban Section 2, Parish of Pukekohe; coloured blue on plan.

As the same are more particularly delineated on the plan marked M.O.W. 3187 (S.O. 42783) deposited in the office of the Minister of Works at Wellington, and thereon coloured as above mentioned.

Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General, and issued under the Seal of New Zealand, this 7th day of July 1961.

For a Public School

ALL that piece of Crown land containing 2 roods 4·5 perches situated in Block XVI, Ohinemuri Survey District, Borough of Waihi, Auckland R.D., being part Ohinemuri No. 8 Block; as the same is more particularly delineated on the plan marked M.O.W. 3096 (S.O. 40940) deposited in the office of the Minister of Works at Wellington, and thereon coloured yellow.

SECOND SCHEDULE
SOUTH AUCKLAND LAND DISTRICT
For Police Purposes (Residence)

ALL that piece of Crown land containing 38·3 perches situated in Block XVI, Ohinemuri Survey District, Borough of Waihi, Auckland R.D., being part Ohinemuri No. 8 Block; as the same is more particularly delineated on the plan marked M.O.W. 3096 (S.O. 40940) deposited in the office of the Minister of Works at Wellington, and thereon coloured yellow, edged yellow.

PURSUANT to the Public Works Act 1928, I, Charles John, Viscount Cobham, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby proclaim and declare that the land, now held for a police station, described in the First Schedule hereto is hereby set apart for post-office purposes (residence), and that the land described in the Second Schedule hereto, is hereby set apart for road; and I also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the 17th day of July 1961.

FIRST SCHEDULE
GISBORNE LAND DISTRICT

ALL that piece of land containing 39·3 perches situated in Block IX, East Cape Survey District, Gisborne R.D., and being part Section 34, Te Araroa Maori Township; as the same is more particularly delineated on the plan marked M.O.W. 3146 (S.O. 5285) deposited in the office of the Minister of Works at Wellington, and thereon coloured orange.

SECOND SCHEDULE
GISBORNE LAND DISTRICT

ALL that piece of land containing 0·7 perches situated in Block IX, East Cape Survey District, Gisborne R.D., and being part Section 34, Te Araroa Maori Township; as the same is more particularly delineated on the plan marked M.O.W. 3146 (S.O. 5285) deposited in the office of the Minister of Works at Wellington, and thereon coloured sepia.

ALL that piece of land containing 1 rood 33·92 perches situated in the Borough of Woodville, Hawke’s Bay R.D., and being Suburban Section 48, Woodville; as the same is more particularly delineated on the plan marked M.O.W. 3147 (S.O. 3386) deposited in the office of the Minister of Works at Wellington, and thereon edged red.

CANTERBURY LAND DISTRICT

ALL that piece of land containing 6·2 perches situated in the City of Christchurch, Canterbury R.D., being part Lot 2, D.P. 18180, and being part Rural Sections 9152 and 9165; as the same is more particularly delineated on the plan marked M.O.W. 3120 (S.O. 9835) deposited in the office of the Minister of Works at Wellington, and thereon coloured blue.
