EVIDENCE of the loss of the outstanding duplicate of renewable lease, Volume 113, folio 147 (Taranaki Registry), affecting 510 acres 3 roods, more or less, being Section 2, Block I, Pahi Survey District, whereof Annie Clark, of Benneydale, widow, is the lessee, having been lodged with me together with an application to register a surrender of the said renewable lease as to part (now Section 17, Block I, Pahi Survey District) and a deferred payment licence for the balance thereof (now Section 18, Block I, Pahi Survey District) without production of the outstanding duplicate of the said renewable lease in terms of section 44 of the Land Transfer Act 1952, notice is hereby given of my intention to register such partial surrender and deferred payment licence accordingly upon the expiration of 14 days from the date of the Gazette containing this notice.
