PURSUANT to section 281 of the Companies Act 1955, notice is hereby given that the final meeting of shareholders of Johansen Studios Ltd. (in liquidation) will be held at the office of the liquidator, 73 Price and Dempster Building, 174 Queen Street, Auckland, on Monday, 17 July 1961, at 2 p.m., for the purpose of receiving the liquidator’s accounts of winding up.

Creditors’ Voluntary Winding Up
NOTICE is hereby given that the following resolutions of shareholders were passed on 3 August 1959 as extraordinary resolutions:
“(1) That the company cannot, by reason of its liabilities, continue its business, and that it is advisable to wind up and that the company be wound up voluntarily as a creditors’ winding up.
“(2) That George Ross, of Dunedin, public accountant, be and is hereby appointed liquidator of the company.”
These resolutions were confirmed at a meeting of creditors held on 12 August 1959.

WOOLWORTHS (N.Z.) PROPERTIES LTD.
LOST STOCK CERTIFICATE
APPLICATION has been made to the above company to issue a new certificate of title in lieu of original certificate No. 6057 for 240 preference stock units issued in the name of Francis Henry Robert Taylor (now deceased), and the executors, the N.Z. Insurance Co. Ltd., have made a statutory declaration that the original certificate of title to the said stock has been lost.
Notice is hereby given that unless, within 30 days from the date hereof, there is made to the company some claim or representation in respect of the said original certificate a new certificate will be issued in place thereof.

THE CENTRAL WAIKATO ELECTRIC POWER BOARD
RESOLUTION MAKING SPECIAL RATE
General Reticulation Loan (1961), £200,000
PURSUANT to the Local Authorities Loans Act 1956, the Central Waikato Electric Power Board hereby resolves as follows:
“That, for the purpose of providing for the repayment of principal and the payment of interest and other charges on a loan of £200,000 authorised to be raised by the Central Waikato Electric Power Board under the above-mentioned Act for the purpose of financing the further extending and developing of the Board’s reticulation system, including the purchase and installation of centralised load control for the benefit of the Central Waikato Electric Supply District, and for such purpose to do all or any of such matters and things which the Board is empowered to do by the Electric Power Boards Act 1925 and its amendments and by all other powers and authorities it enabling, the Central Waikato Electric Power Board hereby makes and levies a special rate of decimal 136 of a penny in the pound (£) upon the rateable value (on the basis of the capital value) of all rateable property in the Central Waikato Electric Power District, as the same is defined by Proclamation published in the Gazette on the 27th day of July 1939, at page 2042, and that such special rate shall be an annually recurring rate during the currency of the said loan and be payable annually on the 15th day of October in each and every year during the currency of such loan, being a period of 20 years, or until the loan is fully repaid.”
The foregoing resolution was duly passed by the Central Waikato Electric Power Board at a meeting of the said Board held on the 21st day of June, 1961.

WAIPAWA COUNTY COUNCIL
RESOLUTION MAKING SPECIAL RATE
Mathews Road Extension Loan 1961, £700
PURSUANT to the Local Authorities Loans Act 1956, the Waipawa County Council hereby resolves as follows:
“That, for the purpose of providing the annual charges on a loan of seven hundred pounds (£700) authorised to be raised by the Waipawa County Council under the above-mentioned Act for providing the ratepayers proportion of the cost of extending Mathews Road (Whakarara) to provide access to the ratepayers property, the said Waipawa County Council hereby makes a special rate of eight and six-tenths of a penny in the pound upon the rateable value of all rateable property of the Mathews Road Extension special rating area, comprising Lot 2, D.P. 9432, of Sections 5, 6, 15, and Block 172, Makaretu Crown Grant District, Block XIII, Waipukurau Survey District; and that the special rate shall be an annually recurring rate during the currency of the loan and be payable yearly on the 15th day of August in each and every year during the currency of the loan, being a period of 10 years, or until the loan is fully paid up.”
BLENHEIM BOROUGH COUNCIL
RESOLUTION MAKING SPECIAL RATE
Plant Loan 1959, £22,500, Second Portion £11,500
PURSUANT to the Local Authorities Loans Act 1956, the Blenheim Borough Council hereby resolves as follows:
“That, for the purpose of providing the annual charges on a loan of eleven thousand five hundred pounds (£11,500), being the second and final portion of the Plant Loan 1959, £22,500, authorised to be raised by the Blenheim Borough Council under the above-mentioned Act for the purpose of purchasing new plant and machinery, the said Blenheim Borough Council hereby makes a special rate of one hundred and eighty-nine one-thousandths of a penny (0·189d.) in the pound (£) upon the unimproved rateable value of all rateable property in the Borough of Blenheim; and that the said special rate shall be an annual-recurring rate during the currency of the said loan and be payable yearly on the 1st day of April in each and every year during the currency of the loan, being a period of eight (8) years, or until the loan is fully paid off.”
I hereby certify that the above resolution was passed at a meeting of the Blenheim Borough Council held on the 21st day of June 1961.
