EVIDENCE of the loss of certificate of title, Volume 262, folio 175. (Canterbury Registry), for 1 rood ³/₁₀ perches, or thereabouts, situated in Block IX of the Christchurch Survey District, being Lot 32 on Deposited Plan No. 275, part of Rural Section 3354, in the name of Robert Hawthorne, of Islington, labourer (now deceased), having been lodged with me together with an application for the issue of a new certificate of title in lieu thereof, notice is hereby given of my intention to issue such new certificate of title upon the expiration of 14 days from the date of the Gazette containing this notice.

EVIDENCE having been furnished of the loss of the outstanding duplicate of mortgage 53048, whereof James Mitchell is mortgagee, affecting 263 acres 2 roods, being Section 4, Block VIII, Gimmerburn District, and being all the land in renewable lease of farm land 752 entered in register book, Volume 395, folio 17 (Otago Registry), and application having been made to me to register a transmission to The Perpetual Trustees Estate and Agency Co. of New Zealand Ltd., as executor of the said James Mitchell, and thereafter to note a discharge of the said mortgage without production of the said mortgage, I hereby give notice of my intention to dispense with the production of the said mortgage under section 44 of The Land Transfer Act 1952 and to register such transmission and note such discharge on the expiration of 14 days from the date of the Gazette containing this notice.

ADMINISTRATION ACT 1952

In the matter of the Administration Act 1952 and its amendments, and in the matter of the estate of John Cowper, late of Tongaporutu, in New Zealand, cabinet-maker, now deceased.

NOTICE is hereby given that the Public Trustee of New Zealand on the 20th day of June 1961 filed a certificate in the Supreme Court at New Plymouth electing to administer the above-named estate under Part IV of the Administration Act 1952, and that the said estate will, as from the said date, be administered, realised, and distributed in accordance with the law and practice of bankruptcy.

I do hereby summon a meeting of creditors of the abovenamed estate to be held at the deceased's workshop situate on the Main North Highway approximately 1½ miles north of Tongaporutu, on the 3rd day of July 1961, at 10.30 a.m.

All creditors, whether they have already submitted their claims or not, are required to prove their debts within the time and in the manner provided by the Bankruptcy Act 1908. Proof of debt forms may be procured at my office.
