Approval of Motor-cycle Safety Helmets in Terms of the Traffic Regulations 1956

Pursuant to clause (2) of regulation 29 of the Traffic Regulations 1956,* the Minister of Transport hereby approves, for the purpose of the said regulation, of the motor-cycle safety helmets of the make and type described in the Schedule hereto.

SCHEDULE

Safety helmets manufactured by Max Cheshire Ltd., Christchurch and Dunedin, and marked "Thunderbird B.S. 1869, 1960".

Declaring Land Taken Together With an Easement for a Government Work and Not Required for That Purpose to be Crown Land

Pursuant to section 35 of the Public Works Act 1928, the Minister of Works hereby declares the land described in the First Schedule hereto, together with the easement created by Proclamation No. 13442, Auckland Land Registry, over the land described in the Second Schedule hereto, to be Crown land for the purposes of the Land Act 1948 as from the 3rd day of July 1961.

All those pieces of land situated in Block I, Waiheke Survey District, Auckland R.D., described as follows:
