road closed in Block X, Otaio Survey District, Waimate
County, in so far as it affects the area of 2 acres 2 roods 6
perches firstly described in the Second Schedule to the said
Proclamation and pursuant to section 29 of the Public Works
Amendment Act 1948, hereby proclaim as closed the piece
of road described in the Schedule hereto.
