ALL that area in the Hawke's Bay Land District, Hawke's Bay
County, bounded by a line commencing at a point at the
intersection of the middle lines of public roads forming the
north-eastern boundary of Suburban Section 83, Meeanee, and
the northern boundary of Suburban Section 84, Meeanee, in
Block VII, Heretaunga Survey District, being also a point on
the boundary of the Borough of Taradale as hereinbefore
described, and proceeding easterly along the middle of the
last-mentioned road to its intersection with the left bank ot
the Tutaekuri River; thence up that river bank to the eastern
side of Redcliffe Bridge and south-easterly along that side of
the said bridge to the middle of the Tutaekuri River; thence
up the middle of that river to its intersection by the eastern
boundary of Lot 2, D.P. 3283, in Block VI, Kuripapango Survey District; thence north-westerly along a right line to Trig.
Station 65A in Block XXI, Kaweka Survey District; thence
north-easterly along a right line to Trig. Station 68A in Block
XIII Kaweka Survey District, and its production to the middle
of the Mohaka River; thence down the middle of that river to
a point in line with the western boundary of S.G.R. 9 in
Block XI, Pohue Survey District; thence southerly to and along
that boundary to the north-eastern boundary of Lot 1, D.P.
1355; thence south-easterly along that boundary to the northern
boundary of Lot 1, D.P. 1726; thence easterly generally along
that boundary to its easternmost point, and along a right line
to the south-western corner of Section 6, Block XVI, Pohue
Survey District, and easterly along the southern boundary of
that section to and southerly and easterly along the western
and southern boundaries of Section 5 of the said Block XVI
to the western boundary of Section 15, also in that Block
XVI; thence northerly, easterly, and generally southerly along
the western, northern, and eastern boundaries of that Section
15 and the production of the last-mentioned boundary to the
middle of Kings Stream; thence down the middle of that
stream to and down the middle of the Mangaone River to a
point in line with the north-western boundary of Lot 1, Deeds
Plan 367; thence easterly generally to and along that boundary
and the north-western and north-eastern boundaries of Lot 2,
D.P. 2169, again the northern boundary of the aforementioned
Lot 1, Deeds Plan 367, to and easterly along the northern
boundary of Lot 1, D.P. 2169, and the production of the last-
mentioned boundary to the middle of Glengarry Road; thence
south-easterly generally along the middle of that road to a
point in line with the north-western boundary of the land
shown on Deeds Plan 234; thence easterly generally to and
along that boundary and the northern boundary of Lot 1,
D.P. 884, to the northern boundary of Lot 3, D.P. 8666; thence
easterly along that boundary to and easterly and then southerly
along the northern and eastern boundaries of Lot 1, D.P.
6541, to and along the eastern boundary of Lot 3, D.P. 8666,
and the production of the last-mentioned boundary to the
middle of Seafield Road; thence north-easterly along the
middle of that road to a point in line with the eastern boundary
of Lot 2, Deeds Plan 364; thence south-easterly to and along
that boundary to the north-western boundary of Block 74,
western side of Harbour Crown Grant District; thence south-
westerly and south-easterly along the north-western and south-
western boundaries of that block to the northern boundary of
Wharerangi 8c 2D; thence north-easterly along that boundary
and the northern boundary of Wharerangi 80 1 and its pro-
duction to the middle of the stopbank on the northern side
of the Ahuriri Lagoon main outfall channel; thence south-
easterly generally along the middle of that stopbank to a
point approximately 52 chains north-west from No. 2 State
Highway and in line with the middle of a formed private
roadway shown on S.O. Plan 2252; thence south-easterly to
the middle of that roadway, and along the middle of formed
private roadways, shown on the said plan, south-easterly for 88
chains, south-westerly for 55 chains, south-easterly for 18 chains,
all distances approximate, and then south-westerly to the middle
of Park Island Road; thence northerly generally along the
middle of that road to its intersection with the middle of
Lawn Cemetery Road; thence westerly along the middle of
that road to its intersection with the middle of Oak Road;
thence south-westerly generally along the middle of that road
to its intersection with the middle of Napier Park - Rissington
Road; thence north-westerly generally along the middle of that
road to a point in line with the north-western boundary of
Lot 10, Deeds Plan 194; thence south-westerly generally to and
along that boundary and south-easterly generally along the
south-western boundaries of that Lot 10, of Lot 1, D.P. 6502,
and its production to the middle of Church Road; thence
south-westerly along the middle of that road to a point in
line with the north-eastern boundary of Suburban Section 61,
Meeanee; thence north-westerly to and along that boundary to
the north-western boundary of Lot 1, D.P. 6554; thence south-
westerly along that boundary and the north-western boundary
of Lot 2, also D.P. 6554, to the north-eastern boundary of
Lot 1, D.P. 8019; thence north-westerly along that boundary
and the north-eastern boundaries of part Lots 37, 38, 39, 40,
and 41, Deeds Plan 557, to the north-western boundary of the
last-mentioned Lot 41; thence south-westerly along that boun-
dary, the north-western boundary of Lot 1, D.P. 8276, the
north-western boundaries of Lot 6, Birdwood Street, and Lots

11 and 19, all in D.P. 7908, and the production of the last-
mentioned boundary to the middle of Puketapu Road; thence
south-easterly along the middle of that road to a point in line
with the north-western boundary of Lot 1, D.P. 10267; thence
south-westerly to and along that boundary and the north-
western boundary of Lot 2 on that plan and its production to
the middle of Dolbel Street; thence north-westerly along the
middle of that street to the south-eastern boundary of Lot 3,
Deeds Plan 325; thence south-westerly along that boundary to
a point in line with the middle of O'Dowd Road; thence
south-easterly to and along the middle of that road to its
intersection with the middle of Gloucester Street; thence south-
westerly along the middle of that street to its intersection with
the middle of a public road forming the north-eastern boun-
dary of Suburban Section 83, Meeanee; thence south-easterly
along the middle of that public road to its intersection with
the middle of a public road forming the northern boundary
of Suburban Section 84, Meeanee, being the point of com-
mencement.
