Declaring Land Acquired for a Government Work to be Crown Land, Subject to a Fencing Agreement

—

Pursuant to section 35 of the Public Works Act 1928, the Minister of Works hereby declares the land described in the Schedule hereto to be Crown land for the purposes of the Land Act 1948 as from the 26th day of June 1961, subject to a fencing agreement contained in memorandum of transfer No. 648692, Auckland Land Registry.

Declaration That Part of the Paekakariki Domain Shall be a Recreation Reserve and Revocation of the Reservation Over the Said Reserve

Pursuant to the Reserves and Domains Act 1953, the Minister of Lands hereby declares that that part of the Paekakariki Domain described in the Schedule hereto shall cease to be subject to the provisions of Part III of the Reserves and Domains Act 1953, and shall be deemed to be a recreation reserve subject to Part II of the said Act and, further, revokes the reservation for recreation purposes over the said reserve.

Revocation of the Reservation Over Reserves Specifying the Manner of Disposal and How Proceeds of Sale Shall be Utilised

Pursuant to the Reserves and Domains Act 1953, the Minister of Lands hereby revokes the reservation as public reserves over the land described in the Schedule hereto, and further declares that the said land may be disposed of by the Manurewa Borough Council in such manner, at such price, and on such terms and conditions as the Council shall determine, the proceeds from any such sale to be paid into the Council's reserves account, such moneys to be used and applied in or towards the improvement of other public reserves under the control of the Council or in or towards the purchase of other land for public reserves.
