Crown Land Set Apart for State Housing Purposes in the City of Napier

A PROCLAMATION

PURSUANT to the Public Works Act 1928, I, Charles John, Viscount Cobham, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby proclaim and declare that the Crown land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby set apart for State housing purposes; and I also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the 26th day of June 1961.

SCHEDULE

HAWKE’S BAY LAND DISTRICT

ALL that piece of Crown land containing 3·5 perches situated in the City of Napier, Hawke’s Bay R.D., and being Lot 158, D.P. 9389, part Te Whare-o-Maraenui Block.

Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General, and issued under the Seal of New Zealand, this 9th day of June 1961.

PURSUANT to the Public Works Act 1928, I, Charles John, Viscount Cobham, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby proclaim and declare that the land described in the Schedule hereto, now held for the purposes of an aerodrome, is hereby set apart for State housing purposes; and I also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the 26th day of June 1961.

ALL those pieces of land situated in Block XI, Rangitoto Survey District, Wellington R.D., described as follows:
