The common seal of the body corporate called the Mayor, Councillors, and Citizens of the City of Auckland was hereto set and affixed pursuant to a resolution passed at a meeting of the said body corporate held on the 29th day of May 1961 in the presence of-

The foregoing special order was passed at a special meeting of the Auckland City Council convened for that purpose and held on the 1st day of May 1961 and confirmed at an ordinary meeting of the said Council held on the 29th day of May 1961 having meantime been advertised in the New Zealand Herald newspaper on the 6th day of May 1961 and in the Auckland Star newspaper on the 22nd day of May 1961. 811

THE PERPETUAL TRUSTEES ESTATE AND AGENCY CO. OF NEW ZEALAND LTD.

I, Thomas Frederick Basire, General Manager of the Perpetual Trustees Estate and Agency Co. of New Zealand Ltd., do solemnly and sincerely declare:

  1. That the liability of the members is limited.
  2. That the capital of the company is £106,250, divided into 25,000 shares of £4 5s.
  3. That the number of shares issued is 25,000.
  4. That calls to the amount of 20s. (twenty shillings) per share have been made under which the sum of £25,000 has been received.
  5. That the amount of moneys received on account of estates under administration during the six months ended 31 March 1961, is £1,592,444 8s.
  6. That the amount of all moneys paid on account of estates under administration during the six months ended 31 March 1961 is £1,696,086 13s. 10d.
  7. That the amount of the balance held to the credit of estates under administration during the six months ended 31 March 1961 is £304,866 17s. 2d.
  8. That the liabilities of the company on the 1st day of April last owing to sundry persons by the company were: On judgment, nil; on specialty, nil; on notes or bills, nil; on simple contracts, £638,487; on estimated liabilities, nil.
  9. That the assets of the company on that date were: Government securities, £6,000; other securities, £407,204; bills of exchange and promissory notes, nil; cash on deposit and at bank, £287,224.

And I make this solemn declaration conscientiously believing the same to be true and by virtue of the Oaths and Declarations Act 1957.

THE NEW ZEALAND GAZETTE
Subscriptions-The subscription is at the rate of £5 5s. per calender year, including postage, payable in advance. Single copies available as issued.
The price of each Gazette varies and is printed thereon.
The New Zealand Gazette is published on Thursday evening of each week, and notices for insertion must be received by the Government Printer before 12 o'clock of the day preceding publication.
Advertisements are charged at the rate of 9d. per line for the first insertion, and 6d. per line for the second and any subsequent insertions.
The number of insertions required must be written across the face of the advertisement.
All advertisements should be written on one side of the paper, and signatures, etc., should be written in a legible hand.

STATUTORY REGULATIONS

Under the Regulations Act 1936, statutory regulations of general legislative force are no longer published in the New Zealand Gazette, but are supplied under any one or more of the following arrangements:
(1) All regulations serially as issued (punched for filing) subscription £2 per calendar year in advance.
(2) Annual volume (including index) bound in buckram, 35s. per volume. (Volumes for years 1936-37 and 1939-42 are out of print.)
(3) Separate regulations as issued.
The price of each regulation is printed thereon.
